Dark Chocolate Brownies

Looking for a little number to bake up this weekend, this one just might be for you. I love baking and ever since I started at the age of 9, I've continued to get better and better. Something is comforting about kneading dough or whisking up some batter, so here's to a delicious batch of brownies and some hot cocoa.


 INGREDIENTS:

2 mashed overripe bananas
1/2 cup flour (any type you prefer, I used oat flour) 
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 cup Grated Dark Chocolate 
Dark chocolate chunks
1/4 cup almond milk


METHOD:

1. Preheat the oven the 180C, prepare baking pan and set aside.

2. Melt your nut butter by microwaving it and set aside.

3. Combine the bananas, flour, nut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

4. Fold in grated dark chocolate and milk until well mixed.

5. Pour the mixture into a prepared small pan. Sprinkle with dark chocolate chunks then bake for around 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

6. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing into pieces.
