*Lemon Mackerel with VeeTee Long Grain Rice Pot

University has been keeping me awfully busy lately which means less time for cooking. Welcome to the sweet life of a Dietetics student. As you already know, I’m a huge rice lover but it does take time to make from scratch. With deadlines and assessments coming up, I’ve turned to VeeTee rice pots, one way to make life that little bit easier. VeeTee rice pots are great for those super busy days. However, I had always been sceptical about how microwaveable rice would taste but these rice pots taste a lot better than anticipated.

Carrot and Berry Protein Smoothie

What's a great way to get in some fruit and vegetables first thing in the morning? Smoothies! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I love a good smoothie. It may be because breakfast is my favourite meal of the day so I always go all out, if you have a smile so early in the morning, you're likely to have a good day right?
