What you need:
- 1 banana
- 3 tbspns puffed brown rice
- 6 squares melted dark chocolate
- a sprinkle of chia seeds
- Pour oats into bowl and add 180ml milk then microwave for 2 mins.
- Add puffed brown rice to melted chocolate and mix.
- Top with bananas, melted chocolate mixture and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
