900g peeled sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400 °C
- Cut up sweet potatoes into sticks, 1/4 inch wide then toss in oil.
- The spices and salt should be mixed in a bowl then roll the sweet potato pieces in it until fully coated.
- Bake until crisp and brown, 15 minutes each side.
- Best served hot!
Served with a side of steak, my weekend has truly started.
