Kimchi Cardiff

If you're in the mood for some drool worthy Korean food, I suggest you head to Kimchi, a cute little restaurant located on Cowbridge road east. It's always nicer to have a meal away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. After what seemed to be forever, fellow blogger/friend Erica and I finally met up for a well overdue catch up; you know, one of those quick ones over great food? Well, we only ended up being there for a good 3 hours chatting away, time flies when you're having fun! Anyway, this was our first visit to Kimchi but I'm so glad we went, the food was delectable.

Kimchi isn't huge but it sure was busy. The staff is lovely and attend to you as soon as they can.
Now,I can't be the only one who looks around at other people's food when in a restaurant; call me little Miss curious. I want to know what everything is, what's tasty and what's not. My favourite Korean dish just so happens to be Bibimbap and so it was only inevitable that I would end up with this big bowl of awesomeness in front of me. I only went and touched the stone bowl, it was so freaking hot. Dear friends, do not touch the stone bowl; don't be a fool like me. At only £7.70, you can't go wrong. Ask Erica, she ended up eyeing up my food. As for drinks, pineapple sunrise got me by the name.

Erica had Bulgogi seasoned beef with plenty of lettuce to roll and this was only £7.90. Who said you had to break the bank for some seriously mouth watering eats?!
