Bill's Cardiff

Eating out is alien to me, I love cooking which is why I rarely ever eat out but after making my very first trip to Bill's, my boyfriend & I have taken it upon ourselves to try out as many restaurants in Cardiff as possible this year. Our goal is to dine at 4 different restaurants/cafes a month which totals up to 48 restaurants to be visited in 2017. I have finally started a new category on this blog called 'Cardiff Food Guide'. There, you can read my reviews of some of the restaurants/cafes I've recently visited. Bill's offers beautiful surroundings, a modern interior and a buzzing atmosphere, one that allows you to start off your day on a high note. The staff were friendly, greeted with a smile when we arrived and they extremely helpful, lending a hand whenever they could. First opened in 2012, Bills has become an exclusive dining destination, one that seems to be packed to the brim day in, day out. Now, I finally understand why.

So much buzz surrounds Bill's and so I was curious to see what I was missing and it was worth every bite. Plenty of atmosphere can be overpowering but this modern British cafe has got it just right. Their menu offers a broad selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We had Bill's breakfast (£8.75) each and green teas to wash it all down. It took about 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive then a further 5 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. The service was smooth and quick with no problems at all, I guess it also helped that our waiter was so lovely. Our breakfast was very well cooked, the sausages succulent and the bacon just right I have nothing negative to say this time, gob smacked is the word I'm looking for. This was such a lovely visit and I'll definitely be popping into Bill's again for some brunch.

Cardiff really is pretty.
