Bananas have always been my number one go to breakfast fruit. Now don't get me wrong, bananas are actually my least favourite fruit but I always have them with my oats because they add some much needed flavour and are rather filling. Instead of adding sugar which contributes to tooth decay; berries, kiwis and grapes are great alternatives. After all, fruits contain natural sugars which are better for you in comparison to processed sugars.
No one said breakfast had to be difficult.
