Back in February, I revealed that I was going to be part of Wren Kitchens's 'Little Kitchen, Big Ideas' campaign and I'm still so proud that I was given the opportunity to take part of such a great campaign. Having received the book in hard copy, it was only right that I direct you straight to where you can get hold of the E-book for F R E E. This e-book is great for getting children more involved with food preparation. My sausage and pepper pizza made the cut and is featured in the book which is absolutely amazing. I managed to make Pizza just that little bit healthier by incorporating vegetables, homemade sauce and other ingredients. I substituted white bread flour with Wholemeal Bread Flour as it is the healthier option. As I mentioned in my post back in February, wheat grains crushed into a fine powder, in this case the flour contributes to your grain intake for the day, helping you reach the six 1/2-cup servings of grains. Here is how you can download the 'Little Kitchen, Big Ideas' E-book for free.
