Gluten Free Noodles with Vegetable Stew

Noodles are the one thing that I'm not prepared to give up which isn't ideal because unfortunately, they are one of my biggest IBS triggers. Suddenly, an air of melancholy has surrounded me.. J O K E, just thought I'd shake things up and add a little drama for a change. Gahhh, thank goodness for Gluten free noodles, they are literally god sent and tonight I've whipped up a quick Gluten Free Noodle dish that's sure to get those tongues wagging. This has to be the first gluten free meal that has really satisfied my taste buds and my belly. It's a bonus that this is super easy to make, not as quick as a whipping up a stir fry but definitely worth the time; literally made my day.

Breakfast: Crunchy Granola!

Granola is an oat based cereal that you easily enjoy either for breakfast or as a cheeky snack and it has become the breakfast norm. This morning I'm having a bowl of Gluten Free Granola Oats with a tablespoon of Greek Yogurt, chopped strawberries and blueberries. And this is why I like sleeping, it's like a time machine to a beautiful breakfast like this. I used to wonder why just about everyone hyped over Granola; at least that was until I had my very first spoonful, delicious.  And that's not the only reason why you should be opting for Granola Oats. They contain a good amount of Fiber and iron whilst the dried fruits, nuts and seeds contain unsaturated fats that are good for your heart and some natural sugars. However, this doesn't unquestionable make it healthy. To get the most out of Granola, search for ones that are high in fiber, has low amounts of added sugar as artificial sugars are definitely not good for you and ones that only have natural ingredients. Frankly, this will allow you to consume a nutritious bowl of granola oats bursting with flavour. It would be even better to make your own Granola, it's quick and easy but most importantly, it allows you to control everything that goes in. I have been practising to make my own and will be posting a step by step recipe on how to make your very own super nutritious Granola very soon.
