A bowl a day!

Breakfast is always such a joyous time for me; it is my favourite meal after all. A good breakfast fuels you up by giving you the energy you need to take on the day. You'll also be surprised to know that skipping meals in general, breakfast in particular can actually make weight control very difficult. Think about it, you're more likely to nibble on unhealthy snacks before lunch simply because you are hungry and there is a chance of overeating at the next meal. A wholesome breakfast is therefore a requirement every morning;  by recharging your body and of course your brain, you become a lot more efficient and attentive. A bowl of oats is my go to breakfast and that's what I had this morning; throw in a few bananas, strawberries and blueberries and you're good to go. It's not hard is it?
Breakfast is an ideal time to get a much needed healthy dose of fiber in the form of whole-grain breakfast cereals (I have oats) or whole grain bread. It will keep your hunger controlled! I'm currently obsessed with strawberries thanks to my boyfriend who never stops eating them; if you can't beat them, join them.
