Berry Berry Much!


This delicious, smooth berry smoothie is a great way to start the day and is most definitely my new favourite. The mixture of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries is such a perfect combination as it makes a lovely balanced blend of juicy flavours; whilst the cucumber, celery and apple add just the right amount of tangy.
95% of the vitamins and enzymes our bodies need are found in the juice of raw fruits and vegetables which is why juicing is extremely beneficial.


Most commercial juices are processed which suggests that they lack in nutrition while freshly juiced fruits and vegetables are filled with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
I aim to eat two whole fruits and three to four vegetables a day; choosing them in different colors so that I get a good mix of vitamins and minerals. The one definite way to reach this aim everyday is through juicing and of course incorporating fresh fruits into my meals or having them as a snack as well as having vegetable stir fry for lunch on most days.



Here's what you need:
  • A handful of Strawberries
  • A handful of Rasberries
  • A handful of Blueberries
  • One apple (add more if you prefer your juices sweeter)
  • One cucumber
  • Celery stick
  • Two Tomatoes
Chop the ingredients into pieces and simply place them into your juicer. Switch it on and watch it juice away. E A S Y!
