Select Blazer / Internacionale Necklace / La Senza Bralet / Topshop Trousers / H&M Bag / Primark Heels.
An outfit that is a testament of my new found love for those sultry little number we call 'bralets'. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, shut the F up! Where has this year gone, I didn't even see it; how can this be? What sorcery is this? It's only right that I do a Party Edit post on an outfit that is perfect for the occasion. What you wear however also depends on how you plan on spending your Christmas Eve, I'm going out for a few cocktails with the girls and this look fits the bill. Move over pretty dresses, there's a new sheriff in town, I mean in my closet and it comes in the form of Topshop. Just because I can't don some leg-baring frocks anymore does not mean I can't funk it up a little bit by throwing on a bralet. In order to maintain my decency, there was only one way to go..trousers. As much as I hate to say this, I just have to admit that Topshop trousers are Top Notch! Have you ever been so in love with a pair of pants that you can't help but stare at them as they hang gracefully on your clothes rack?! Yes, that is one very efficient way of wasting time; I am indeed a lost cause.
Having purchased these trousers back in September, they are only just making their grand debut. I have never been one to shop in Topshop as I think they are quite overpriced and more of a H&M kid of girl but these pants, I could not leave! Can you blame me? They fit me perfectly and can be paired up with anything. Teaming them up with a red lace bralet and tartan blazer to add some character to my look, it's all about uptown chic that will be sure to turn a few heads. I'm all about making a statement and bright colours do the job. As this look is quite dynamic and has so much going on already, a classic black heel and clutch offer the perfect finish.
Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas Eve!
